Guided Meditation

30-60 minutes



Guided meditation and visualisation work can help you shift your mindset towards greater mental and emotional health. During our sessions together you will learn how to connect to and nurture yourself, accept what you cannot change and navigate through difficult situations and decisions you are facing. You will learn how to connect to yourself and listen to your body, to create space for yourself to process and heal. This greater self-awareness will in turn help you live a life that is true to your values and goals.

The goal of my guided meditation sessions is to help you learn to self heal and self-regulate, develop self-awareness and empower you to solve the problems you face.
